Micky Donkin
Founder & PT
Micky Started working in the industry in 2002 and later established Evolution in 2016.
Starting out as an apprentice at Sunderland's Seaburn Centre, Micky Crafted a trade which continues to grow. With a keen interest in Biomechanics, Sports Specific Training and Anatomy & Physiology. His current pathway has seen him awarded at national level and he has worked along side Elite Athletes and HM Armed Forces.
Keen to pass on his wealth of knowledge, Micky also Heads-Up the Evolution PT Academy as Tutor and IQA while balancing his working life as a Registered Senior Member with the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport & Physical Activity.
